He was predeceased by: his father Wayne Tinkham. He is survived by: his mother Eileen Tinkham (Cotter) of Danvers; his siblings, Wayne (Lisa Tinkham), Brenda (Robert Mazzotti), David (Tammy Tinkham) and Kathy (John McCully); and his siblings' children, Amanda, Christopher, Bobby, Alicia, Alexis, Jessica, Jacob and Kyle.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Jim's memory may be made to the ASPCA, P.O. Box 96929, Washington, DC 20090.
