It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Foster Berlet (Danvers, Massachusetts), born in Hackensack, New Jersey, who passed away on January 30, 2026, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, John shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid John farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his brother George; and his parents, Vera Berlet (Hanson) and George Berlet Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Karen Moyer; his son Robert Berlet; and his nieces and nephews, Tristan Berlet, Abby and Emily Whitbeck.
