Katherine P Bulgaris Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Katherine P Bulgaris in Danvers, Massachusetts. Katherine, born on January 30, 1938, passed away on October 9, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Michael A. Bulgaris; her parents, Peter Brown and Anastasia Brown (Synodinos) of Manchester, MA.; and her siblings, Anthony "Tony" Brown (Doris (Silva) Brown), Constance "Connie" Brown, Elizabeth "Betty" Vasilakopoulos (Spiro), Thomas "Spike" Brown (Victoria (Papandreou) Brown), Paul Brown (Sophie (Anasoulis) Brown), George Brown (Mary (Vontzalides) Brown), Jennie Brown, Theodore "Ted" Brown (Maryjane (McCoo) Brown) and Speros Brown.

She is survived by: her goddaughter Katina Karafotias (Nicholas) of Middleton, MA; her children, Charles and Alexandra; her stepdaughter Carol Lynne Barto (Eric) of Springfield, VA; her grandchildren, Connor and Elizabeth; her stepchildren, George Bulgaris of Byfield, MA and Ginger Kenyon (Doug) of Maine; and her sister-in-law Pauline Brown (Apostolos) of Manchester, MA. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church (8 Lafayette Rd, Ipswich, MA 01938). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Rosedale Cemetery Ext School (3 Rosedale Ave, Manchester-by-the-Sea, MA 01944).
