She was predeceased by: her parents, John Duncan and Mary Elizabeth Sample (MacPhee). She is survived by: her siblings, John R. "Jack" Sample, Donna Robbins of Amarillo, TX, Stanley Sample, Kathleen of Groveland and Carl P. Sample of Danvers; her siblings' children, Andrea Spray, Laura Sample, Brian, Jason, Christopher and Stephen Sample; and also Sharon DePiero of Beverly. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
