She was predeceased by: her father Gary Martin. She is survived by: her mother Joan Martin (Lavoie); her daughter Kayla Tanzella of Danvers; her grandson Scott Booth; her brother Cory; her sister-in-law Jodi Martin of Danvers; her nephew Greyson Martin; and her aunt Judy Lavoie. She is also survived by several cousins, aunts and uncles.
