He was predeceased by: his father David Frederick of Danvers, Massachusetts.. He is survived by: his mother Ellen Frederick; his cousin Sean Byrne; his sister Lindsay Semas; his brother-in-law John Semas; his niece Audrey Semas; and his nephew Augustus Semas of Norfolk, Massachusetts.
