She was predeceased by: her husband Brendan J. Quealy, Sr.; her parents, Robert Colvin and Louise Colvin (Spears); her grandchild Alexa Ann Quealy-Greenwood; and her son-in-law George Villemaire.
She is survived by: her children, Anne Villemaire of Danvers, Brendan Quealy, Jr. of Middleton, Bryan Quealy of Danvers, Mark Quealy of Pawleys Island, SC and Matthew Quealy (Michele) of Beverly; her daughter-in-law Karen Quealy of Peabody; her grandchildren, Katelyn Kourmanopoulos (Michael), Michael Quealy, Tess Villemaire, Ashley Sarro, Aidan and Andrew Quealy; and her great grandchild P. J..
