He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Tarr and Lillian Tarr (Pearson); his former wife Eleanor Tarr (Piscitello); and his sister-in-law Sandra Tarr. He is survived by: his wife Patricia. He is also survived by Four grandchildren, nieces, nephews, many, many friends, co-workers.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Campbell Funeral Home of Cape Ann (61 Middle St, Gloucester, MA 01930). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
