She was predeceased by: her father Raymond Burbank. She is survived by: her mother Jane Burbank (Phillips) of Danvers; her daughters, Casey Pyburn of Danvers and Haley Pyburn of Danvers; and her sisters, Kelly Jones, Tracy Martyn and Jodi McCollum. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
