She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Moore (Richard) of Tom's River, NJ, Jeanne Kornachuk (Walter) of Danvers, MA, Robert E Hayes (Claudia) of Gloucester, MA, Diane Hayes (Michael Smith) of Snowmass Village, CO and William Hayes (Pina) of Merrimac, MA; her grandchildren, Kristin, Jonathan, Shanna, Hayley, Amanda, Steven, Michael and Nicolas; and her nieces, Janet Pazik of Lynn, MA and Maryann Bellevue of Peterborough, NH. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
