He is survived by: his mother Maria Castro (Leal); his wife Maria Gloria (Branco); his children, Cristina Castro and Alex Castro (Ashley); his grandchildren, Marcio and Julianna; his sister Maria F. Carvalho (Joseph Carvalho); and his goddaughter Victoria Carvalho.
