He was predeceased by: his parents, Humberto Azeredo and Hilda Azeredo (Pimental). He is survived by: his wife Cathy A. Azeredo (Medeiros); and his children, Brandon Medeiros of Dartmouth, Nicholas Azeredo of Boston and Kimberly Azeredo of Tiverton. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
