He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Emmott and Dorothy Emmott (Gookin). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Cohen; his daughters, Leah M. Walker (Hakim) of Attleboro, Heather A. McEvoy (Mark "Joe") of Plainville, Melissa D. Emmott of North Attleboro and Kelsi L. Falconer of Sarasota, FL; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Jacob and Joseph; and his former wife Gail Emmott. He is also survived by sister, 2 brothers and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the Massachusetts National Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Halligan's Bar and Grill (79 East St, North Attleborough, MA 02760).
