She was predeceased by: her husband Cornelius J. Keohane; her parents, Jeremiah O'Sullivan and Margaret (Audley); her siblings, Jeremiah O'Sullivan and Margaret McDonough (Tom); her brother-in-law J. Frank Keohane (Elizabeth) of Westwood, MA.; and her grandson Jack Keohane.
She is survived by: her sisters, Kathleen Johnson (John), Patricia Wright (Harl), Julie Majocha (Chet) and Maureen O'Sullivan; her children, Neil, James of Dedham, Gerald, Daniel of Franklin, Maura Nannery and Anne Guerini of Canton; her children-in-law, W. Mark Nannery, MD, Louis Guerini, Lisa Keohane and Marcy Keohane; and her grandchildren, Micaela, Erika, Jacqueline Nannery, Timothy, Peter, Matthew Keohane, Julia, Owen, Benjamin Guerini, Drew and Maia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
