He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife RoseAnn Lantz of Dedham; his children, Michael of Foxborough, Joan McCarthy-Griffin (Ed) of Amherst, NH and Ellen McCarthy (Bob Cook) of Pawtucket, RI; his brother William McCarthy (Martha) of Andover; his granddaughters, Johanna Ababon (Roderick) of Manchester, NH and Kaitlin Griffin (Matthew L'Heureux) of Rochester, NH; his great grandchild Aine Ababon; his former wife Johanna; his daughter Mary Ann; his parents, James McCarthy and Beatrice McCarthy; and his siblings, Francis, Charlie, Bobby, Billy, Dorothy, Teresa and Helen.
