He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Ryan of Dedham and Paige Hemmer of Dedham; his parents, Josephine Hemmer of Dedham and Alfred J. Hemmer Jr.; and his siblings, Brian Hemmer of Framingham, Marie Bonner of Mansfield and Amy Berteletti (Michael) of Easton. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home (456 High St, Dedham, MA 02026). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (420 High St, Dedham, MA 02026).
