He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Carroll and Annette Carroll of Cotuit; and his brothers, Herbert Carroll, Christopher Carroll and Geoffrey Carroll.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Carroll; his children, Richard Carroll (Lauren) of Jamaica Plain and Meghan Durkee (Anthony) of Canton; and his siblings, David Carroll of Wellesley and Nancy Ginnetty of Yarmouth.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home (456 High St, Dedham, MA 02026). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary of the Assumption Church (420 High St, Dedham, MA 02026).
