With solemn reverence, we commemorate Roseanna May Brierly of Dedham, Massachusetts, whose life came to an end on July 10, 2025 at the age of 96, leaving behind cherished memories. Though Roseanna May may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Roseanna May touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Donat Edgar and Alice Mary Caron (Martin); and her sister Doris Rand. She is survived by: her children, Diane Kovar of Dedham, James P. Brierly of Norton and David W. Brierly of Taunton. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and many great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calendar Folsom Funeral Home (649 High St, Westwood, MA 02090). A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Mount Benedict Cemetery (409 Corey St, Boston, MA 02132).
