He was predeceased by : his sister Arlene Flanagan. He is survived by : his children, Roy Willey, Jr. of West Roxbury, Carol Krueger (Charles) of Dedham, Arlene Sullivan (Michael) of Westwood and Cynthia Marsh (David) of Auburn, NH.; and his siblings, Charles Willey of Hamden, ME and Elenor Stepanian. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
