He is survived by : his wife Suzanne Walton (Church); his children, Jessica Wells (Tim) of Colrain, Kristina Walton (Kfir Shay) and Richard Walton Jr. of Hadley; his granddaughter Ayala Shay; his sisters, Vivian Doyle (Jim) of Maine, Linda Walton of Turners Falls, Vanessa Towne (Duane) of Northfield and Cathy Underwood (Scott) of Erving; and his mother-in-law Barbara Comstock. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins as well as many, many friends.
