He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Ann Costello (Kelly) and John Walter Costello. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Costello; his sons, Michael Costello of Dennis and John Robert Costello of Boston; and his siblings, Maureen Trippe, Brian Costello, TJ Costello, Matthew Costello, Robert Richards, Michelle Cooney and Jennifer Getchell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
