She was predeceased by: her sister Carol Yannone (Castano); and her parents, Raymond Castano and Louise Castano (Brusseau). She is survived by: her husband Terry Lorber; her brother Raymond Castano (Gail); her children, Terry Lorber II, Lara Goodman of Swampscott, MA, Lea Lorber Martin, Jason Martin of Nashua, NH, Shana Lorber and Michael Montas of Brewster, MA.; her grandchildren, Eli, Mitchell, Lionel, Everett and Arrianna; her sibling's children, Knott and Yannone; her cousins, Brusseau, Carrioula, Haskell, Siciliano, Simmons and Solari; and her friends, Sheila Gillen (Quill), Alice Hogan and Sandy LaCivita (Coots). She is also survived by one nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Leona's memory can be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
