He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas P. Rafferty and Alice E. Rafferty; and his brother William J. Rafferty (Barbara) of Portsmouth, RI.. He is survived by: his brother Thomas J. Rafferty (Maria) of Dartmouth, MA.. He is also survived by several nephews and a niece as well as three great-nieces.
