David Souto Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Souto and Anna M. Souto (Joseph); and his sisters, Julie Souto Prato (late Mario) and Anna L. Souto Johnston (late Austin). He is survived by: his wife Sandra J. Souto (Caprio); his daughters, Candace Karlson (Peter), Alison J. Moreau (Keith) and Stefanie Souto Carter; his brother John A. Souto (Madeleine) of Cranston; his brother-in-law Anthony S. Caprio (Dana); his nephews, John A. Souto, Jr., Gerald Johnston and Mark Anthony Caprio; his niece Diane Johnston; his grandchildren, Matthew Sands (Sarah), Abigail Sands, Samantha Karlson, Emily Karlson, Zachary Caprio Carter, Paige Moreau, Matt Moreau and Cody Moreau; and his great grandchild Charlotte Sands.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Rebello Funeral Home & Crematory (901 Broadway, East Providence, RI 02914). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary's Church (1525 Cranston St, Cranston, RI 02920). A committal service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Saint Ann Cemetery (73 Church St, Cranston, RI 02920). The military honors will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:40 AM at the same location.
