He was predeceased by: his parents, John Woods and Florence Alice Woods (Meehan); and his siblings, John, George, Michael and Gertrude Woods.
He is survived by: his children, Jared Woods, Sr. (Jody) of North Dighton, David Woods, Jr. (Michelle) of Mansfield and Cirissa Scott (Jeremy) of Dighton; his grandchildren, Cassie, Jared, Jr., Sydney, Ashlyn, Ella and Ivy; and his close friend Janice Donovan.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Silva Funeral Home (80 Broadway, Taunton, MA 02780). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
