He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Linda J. Furrh (Methe); his parents, James E. Furrh and Emily C. Furrh (Veiro); his children, James E. Furrh (Everlyn) of Assonet, Douglas R. Furrh (Amy Allen) of Buxton, ME, Susan L. Courtney (Scott) of Marshfield and Stacie L. Ruffini (Michael) of North Dighton; and his grandchildren, Owen Furrh, Lillian Courtney, Vincent Ruffini, Edward Ruffini, Abigail Courtney, Brody Furrh, Katelynn Courtney and Michael Ruffini.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Hathaway Community Home For Funerals (900 Buffinton St, Somerset, MA 02726). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St Louis de France Church (56 Buffinton St, Swansea, MA 02777). A burial was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at the St. Patrick Cemetery (3340 County St, Somerset, MA 02726).
