He is survived by : his wife Susan Tavares (Fiola); his children, Jeffrey Tavares (Cheryl), Tiffany Dearing (Jason), Matthew Tavares (Stacey) and Laura Cahill (Joseph); his sister Charlene Paschal; and his grandchildren, Gina Stills, Courtney Tavares, Stephanie Goncalves, David Goncalves, Daniel Goncalves, Bobby Tavares, Alice Tavares and Amelia Cahill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
