She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Lynch (Strain) and Joseph L. Lynch; her sister Lorraine Lynch (Touhey); and her husband Frank DeChiara. She is survived by: her children, Frank DeChiara (Pauline DeChiara) and Christine L. West (William G. West); and her grandchildren, Hannah, Christopher, Madison, Michael DeChiara, William J. and Emily West.
