She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert J. Miller and Marie C. Miller; her husband Stephen F. Darcy, Sr.; and her son Robert P. Darcy. She is survived by: her son Stephen F. Darcy, Jr. (Kelly) of Quincy; her grandchildren, Caitlin, Taylor and Alexandra Darcy; and her siblings, Louise Stappen (Joseph) of Dorchester, Bernadette McCarthy (Kevin) of South Boston and James Miller of Lynn. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
In lieu of flowers remembrances may be made in memory of Cecile to the Pine Street Inn, Boston.
