She is survived by: her son Eric Gibson (Antonia) of Georgia; her sister Vanessa Sims of Georgia; her niece Valencia Sims; her nephew Kelvin Sims of Georgia; and her stepdaughters, Tina, Rennie, Patricia and Diane of Delaware. She is also survived by grandchildren, extended family members, and dear friends.
