It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frank F. Knippenberg of Dorchester, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 10, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank I. Knippenberg and Emma Knippenberg (Waleson); his wife Joyce Knippenberg (Hooper); and his brother Peter Knippenberg. He is survived by: his children, Frank H. Knippenberg of South Boston, Kevin M. Knippenberg (Julie) of Duxbury, Sara A. Simmons (Kent) of Colorado and Amy E. Knippenberg of Brewster; his grandchildren, Kegan Knippenberg, Anthony Phillips, Benjamin and Molly Knippenberg; and his siblings, Helene Illston of Dennis, MA and Kenneth Knippenberg of Taunton, MA..

It was Frank's wish that any memorial tributes be made in the form of charitable donations to the Boys and Girls Club of Cape Cod.
