He was predeceased by: his son Robert MacLean; his parents, John McEachern and Anne McEachern (Spedding); and his brother John McEachern, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen MacLean (Pimental); his sons, Scott, Sean and Brian; his grandchildren, Conner, Madison, Tyler, Caitlin and Nolan; his children-in-law, Courtney Whelan and Christine MacLean; his siblings, Carolann Falasca, Richard MacLean, Steven McEachern and Linda Ahl; and his sister-in-law Margaret "Maggie" McEachern.
