With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jaroslav Horak of Dorchester, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 16, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Horak and Maria Horak (Giszka); and his sibling Milena Horak. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Ferrick of Hull; his siblings, Maria Kelly (James) of California, Joseph Horak of California and John Horak (Karen) of Lynn; his granddaughter Juliana Ferrick; his siblings' children, Natasha, Katrina, Annie, Joe and Nadia; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Erick, Dominick, Abigail and Reagan.

In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Jerry may be made to a charity of one's choice.
