Joseph Thomas Kelly Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph Thomas Kelly of Dorchester, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 15, 2026 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Kelly and Mildred Kelly (Clauss); and his siblings, Jean Richter (Paul), Rosemarie Hurley, Marilyn Nickley (Joseph), Margaret Kelly, John B. Kelly Jr. and Dianne Kelly Herr.

He is survived by: his wife Katie Kenneally Kelly; his sons, Colum Whyte (Kelly) and Sean Whyte (Bridget); his grandchildren, Eoin, Aoife, Rory and Rowan Whyte; and his siblings-in-law, Leo Hurley and Louise Kelly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
