He is survived by: his mother Maria Pagán; his children, Julio Pagán Jr., Keila Pagán and Casey Pagán; his grandsons, Emanuel Noé Mateus of Souza, Joseph Pierre Azevedo Denis and Julio Cesar Hidalgo Pagán; and his siblings, Miguel Pagán, Pedro Pagán, George Pagán, Carmen Pagán, Linda Pagán-Graves and Cecilio Pagán. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
