He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Foley and Mary Foley (Costelloe). He is survived by: his children, Timothy M. Foley (Michelle) of Dorchester, Regina Foley-Egan (Anthony) of Hanson and Victoria Foley of Boston; his grandchildren, Jhonna, Martin, Max, Eamonn, Roisin and Niamh; and his girlfriend Maureen Stevens.
