She was predeceased by: her husband Kevin J. O'Toole; her daughter Ann M. Ryan; and her siblings, Roseleen "Toddy" Dello Russo, William and Donald McColgan.

She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth "Beth" Emery (Scott) of Dorchester, Kathleen Fahey of Dorchester, John O'Toole (Elizabeth) of Dorchester, Stephen O'Toole of Dorchester and Jennifer Boles (Andrew) of Milton; and her sisters, Anne Gendrolis and Marjorie Sullivan. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
