She was predeceased by: her daughter Dorothy "Dolly" Woods; her granddaughter Christina; her parents, Daniel Murphy and Dorothy "Dolly" Murphy (Madden); and her siblings, Francis Murphy of Dedham, Eleanor Powers of Maine, Thomas Murphy of Holbrook, Daniel Murphy of Holbrook, Paul Murphy of Quincy, Richard Murphy of Braintree, Margaret "Peggy" Kelly of Hingham and Dorothy "Dottie" Hayner of Stoughton.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Lou Sweeney (Maryellen Palingo) of Weymouth, Sheila Sweeney (Shawn Davis) of Duxbury and Matthew Sweeney (Jill Sweeney) of Dorchester; her son-in-law Thomas Woods of Yarmouth; and her grandchildren, Connor, Ryan Sweeney and Jake Feeney.
