He is survived by: his close friend Patrick Smith of Dorchester, MA; his sister Carolyn Hooper (Steven) of McEwen, TN; and his nephews, Andy Hooper (Kim) of Columbia, TN, Shane Hooper of McEwen, TN, Travis Hooper (Michelle) of McEwen, TN and Adam Hooper (Robin) of Dickson, TN.
