He was predeceased by: his children, Anne Marie Fahey (Castaldo) of Quincy and Stephen F. Fahey (Theresa); his parents, Joseph Fahey and Catherine Fahey (McDonough) of Dorchester; and his brother John.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen M. Fahey (Denihan); his children, Paul M. Fahey of Dorchester, Brian J. Fahey, Maura Monroe (Mark) of Williamsburg, VA and Eileen Gill (Richard) of Falmouth, ME.; his brothers, Leo and Martin Fahey; his grandchildren, Katherine Monroe Dyson, Paul K. Fahey, Mark D. Monroe, Brian P. Fahey, Kristen L. Fahey, Patrick R. Gill, Emily Fahey and Jack F. Gill; and his great grandchild Chloe Fahey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
