He was predeceased by: his sister Patricia. He is survived by: his wife Diane M. Hurlebaus (Kelly); his son Dylan Kelly; his siblings, John Hurlebaus (Lynn), Buddy, Edward and Ellen; and his aunt Anne Hurlebaus. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
