He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Anthony S. Veranis and Theresa Veranis (Dillon); his brother Anthony S. "Tony" Veranis Jr.; his cousins, Jacqueline A. Dillon (late Walter Bagley) of South Boston, Kenneth J. Nave of Quincy and Donald Nave; and his friend Rita F. Collins-Nave (late Edward "Brother" Nave) of South Boston.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Ralph's memory may be made to St. Margaret Church, 800 Columbia Rd., Dorchester, MA 02125.
