He was predeceased by: his parents, Randall J. Tobin Sr. and Maureen F. Tobin (O'Hara). He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia (Robert Guerrini) of Foxboro, Janice (Mark Boyle) of Milton and John (Donna Tobin) of Cape Cod; and his cousin Hara.
