He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne Pugsley (Sullivan); his children, Marianne (Vincent Pastore) of Reading, Andrea (Kevin Lema) of Duxbury, Richard W. Pugsley Jr. (Donna) of Pembroke, Jennifer (Edward McDonald) of Kingston and Sean (Jennifer Pugsley) of Dorchester; his siblings, John Pugsley of Scituate, Dorothy Miller of Abington, Deacon Stanley Pugsley, Ernest Pugsley, Robert Pugsley and Charles Pugsley; and his great grandchildren, Mason and Myles. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
