As Robert departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Robert. Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward L. Sweda and Lucy C. Sweda (Daniszewska); and his siblings, Mary Ann Sweda of Dorchester, Catherine J. Sweda of Dorchester and Edward L. Sweda Jr. of Dorchester.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Murphy Funeral Home (1020 Dorchester Ave, Dorchester, MA 02125). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Of St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish (800 Columbia Rd, Boston, MA 02125).
