She was predeceased by: her father Herbert "Moe" Hopkins Jr.; and her daughter Jennifer Lamanda. She is survived by: her mother Lucy Collins (late Edward Collins) of Harrisville; her husband Rico; her children, Justin Lepine of Dayville, CT and Bethany Terranova of Thompson, CT; and her siblings, Herbert Hopkins III of Harrisville, Shane Hopkins of Harrisville and Erin Hopkins of Burrillville. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; four great grandchildren and several step-children.
