He was predeceased by: his sisters, Donna Bourget and Bernadette Cosky; his brothers-in-law, Arthur Bourget and Douglas Warren; his cousin Junior Ballou; and his parents, Ernest R. Sr. Marks and Virginia R. Marks (Ballou).
He is survived by: his wife Brenda K. Marks (Turner); his children, Jaime E. Marks-Zarbo (Michael) of Blackstone and Tristian F. Marks of Douglas; his granddaughters, Cora and Audrey; his sister Virginia "Sissy" Ethier of Uxbridge; and his brother-in-law Robert Cosky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many lifelong friends.
