He is survived by: his wife Barbara Crook; his mother Jean Goulding (Ryan) of Sandbach, England; his son Joseph Crook (Katie); his grandchildren, Alex and Morgan of Tacoma, WA; his great grandchild Daniel Keen of Seville, Spain; his grandchildren, Becky Keen of Providence, RI and Jonny Keen of Glasgow, Scotland.; and his siblings, Michael Crook, Catherine Murray and Clare Bracegirdle.
