He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack M. and Eunice. He is survived by: his wife Gail A. Evers (Manyak); his children, Tom of Douglas and Tiffany Ouillette (Jared) of Douglas; and his grandchildren, Tia, Abby and Jack. He is also survived by nephews, nieces; and longtime friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Tom's House (200 N W Main St, Douglas, MA 01516).
