He is survived by: his children, Martha K. DePaola (Greg) of Dover, Katharina E. Knapp of Stoughton and Peter A. Knapp, Jr. (Lisa) of North Carolina; his grandchildren, William, Harrison DePaola, Nicholas, Kylie, Nathan and Kortney Knapp; and his pet Finn.
